Acquisition of master data

Checkware assumes master data from other systems

Reduced workload - It is an annoying chore with paper forms and checklists: master data from customers, suppliers or machines have to be recorded by hand over and over again, although they are already in some IT systems.

Checkware spares you this time-consuming process as the program can assume data from existing systems via interfaces. Collecting master data is easy with supporting selection fields.

Two examples:
The master data is automatically assumed in Checkware when the number of a supplier or a carrier's driver is entered.

Checkware assumes machine test assignments of the MES system. If a certain machine is tested its' data appears in the checklist. Testing can be started immediately.
